I am constantly nauseous these days but even worse I am getting really dizzy. I'm a little worried about the dizziness and I don't know if it's normal or not. I would love some input please. Thanks!
Normal. Increased blood flow to the baby = decreased/slowed blood flow to the rest of your body, and that includes your brain. Rise slowly from a seated position--it will help.
I'm nauseated myself right now and not much is helping. In the past, I've eaten a few saltine crackers in bed before getting up (laid in bed for an extra 10 minutes). Sipping gingerale has also helped. None of it has touched my nausea today, however. Good luck!
Unfortunately, totally normal. Not fun! but normal. When my m/s was really bad and gingerale didn't touch it any more I actually went and got some lemon ginger tea that was glorious!! It was really the only thing that helped me. Plain ginger is available too, but I always found the taste of that to be too strong.
I drink ginger tea for my nausea. It helps and is tasty! Ginger ale works for some but make sure its something like Canada Dry. Has to have real ginger, not just ginger flavor. I've also heard those preggie pops are good, but can't speak for them myself as I've not tried them. Hope you get to feeling better!

Lemon drops and ginger ale are my saviors! Saltines help too. As far as the dizziness, it is normal, but if you have an appointment coming up you might want to have your hemoglobin levels checked- mine were a little low at my last appointment and the doc said that could be making me dizzy, which it was. I switched to a different prenatal with more iron and that has helped.
The other ladies have given some good ideas for morning sickness, but also make sure you are drinking enough water. Dizziness can be a sign of dehydration, so make sure you are staying very well hydrated!
I was really sick my first pregnancy and was going to try seabands this time if I am sick like that again. I didn't hear of them until after the early sickness past (I was sick again at 7 months but it was speratic & I kept telling myself this is the last time).
