We are stationed here at Ft. Carson, and the fire here has gotten out of control! It went from this morning to from 11,000 people evacuated to 32,000! We can see the fire from our window, and the smoke is horrible!
We could use prayers for all the people who have lost their homes, and all the firefighters trying to contain this monster, and for some rain.

Praying that God would send some of the rain that's been hitting the south up there! We had quite a few fires down here in Texas and you could see the smoke for miles and miles!
Also praying TS Debby gets outta Florida ASAP!

My thoughts to so many areas in Colorado! I'm in Denver but there are fires north & south of us and our friend might be coming up to stay with us soon because he was evacuated from his house in the Springs.
I just read some of PP's posts & I mentioned Florida in my blog this morning! I'm from Florida and I know it's insane there - we sure would love some of it here!
