    I am on progesterone and so far, no side affects that I am aware of. Only been taking it about two weeks.

    I am taking injection and suppository and I do not have any side effects besides my butt hurting where I get my injections. 
    Photobucket TTC since 1999. Unexplained Infertility. IUI#1 Oct. 12/11 - BFN IUI#2 - Nov 8 - Failed
    IUI#3 - Jan 6 IVF#1 -5/18 - stims start (225 gonal f, 75 menopur, 5 lupron) ER 5/29 - 14R, 11M, 7F. 6/1 - Transferred 2 8cell embryos (grade 1 and 2). 8dp3dt +HPT, Beta#1 - 92, Beta #2 - 174, Beta#3 - 614, Beta#4 - 2010. 6wk u/s - TWINS! Baby A 114bpm, Baby B 112 bpm Baby Birthday Ticker Ticker

    I am taking 200 mgs vaginally twice a day...I am not sure which are pg related and which are prometrium related (I would think both since it should be keeping my progesterone up and the progesterone in pregnancy is what gives symptoms but I have:

    -bloating (major)

    -constipation (major)

    -nausea (major)

    -a little dizzyness

    -tiredness (major)

    -cramping/some belly pain (mainly after insertion)

    and I get some discharge through out the day from the pill so I always wear a panty liner....

    I am taking I think 200mg a day (one pill a day) orally.

    I am taking 100mg compounded suppositories 2x a day.. the symptom I know I am having from it other than the fun discharge is tiredness. I've heard it can cause constipation, but I am on Zofran so I can't say if it's the progesterone or the Zofran causing it.

    OK, I am having major bloating too.  Like stretchy pants bloating.  Nausea, dizzyness, tiredness, some cramping, and need a pantyliner here too.  

    I'm having the opposite problem on the constipation though.  And I keep getting headaches.  

    I'm doing 100mg vaginally once/day though.

    I had bad headaches at first. Now I can't tell the difference between pregnancy and progesterone side effects.

    I dont know if my symptoms are from the p4 or just normal early pregnancy symptoms. I have some nausea, acne, tiredness, and today is the first day my bbs have been sore.

    I am on 100 mg of prometrium, 2x daily. I take it orally.

    He's my fairytale, a dream when I'm not sleeping.

    I'm taking progesterone vaginal suppositories, so I'm not sure what kind of progesterone you are referencing, but for me I spot pretty much everyday (not a lot, but on the TP every time I go to the bathroom....the theory is that the suppositories are irritating my cervix)  and I of course *leak* all day long too.  Lovely.

    Other than that, its hard to tell what is pregnancy and what is the progesterone, KWIM?

    Okay, I have all of those too.  Again no clue if it's pregnancy or the progesterone, but take that for what you will!

    I'm taking 200mg vaginally once a day and I'm not having any notable side effects. I do get pretty bloated about half way through the day, but by that time I've had like a gallon of water so I just assume it's from that.

    My OB prescribed that for me since I am spotting a little. She gave me 200 mg orally. Tonight will be my first time taking it and my doc said to take it at night b/c it can cause sleepiness.

    I take 200mg of Prometrium (vaginally) twice a day. I think the fatigue and bloating I'm experiencing are compliments of the progesterone.

    I am taking 200 mg vaginally once a day. Other than some increased discharge, I don't know what symptoms are from the progesterone and what symptoms are just early pregnancy. Basically I have bloating, some fatigue, acne, and light cramping. I don't really have much breast tenderness, which I find weird!

    I am using Crinone 8% Gel (vaginal suppository), nightly.

    I'm very bloated, gassy, tired, and have VERY sore boobs.
