This was just so strange, I wanted to hear anyones thoughts.
I went to the Doctors yesterday for an ultrasound, everything looked great, HB was 185 b/pm, s/he was waving ![]()
after I left the doctors, I started feeling very tired, and I got chills... I went home and I realized I had a fever, didn't check it with a thermometer, and I couldn't get ahold of my doctors to see if i could take anything to lower it...This was at about 7 p.m., the fever finally broke at 3:30 this morning...I called my doctor but I couldn't get an appointment until tomorrow morning. I feel completely normal now.
Anyone else ever have anything like this?
Re: Slightly concerned.
I haven't but just wanted to let you know that you can take Tylenol (1, 2 & 3) during pregnancy. My RE told me this at my last appt.
I just had the flu last week, which included a fever that lasted about 24 hours until I finally broke down and took some Tylenol to lower it. Tylenol is on my list of "safe meds" from my OB, and honestly I wish I'd taken it sooner.

You would still want to watch what your temperature is becuase fever during pregnancy can be dangerous to baby.
Great point!

This is a very good point. I agree with PPs that your body was probably fighting off an illness. When pregnant I might take tylenol t reduce a fever around 101 or higher, but otherwise I have noticed that I fight things off much quicker with no meds.
