Need some advice...

My fianc? and I were overjoyed to learn that we are expecting (surprised, but overjoyed nonetheless)! However, my moods are SO out of whack that we have been fighting about everything under the sun since we found out. One minute, I'm happy and laughing then the next, crying and angry. I know this is due to hormones but I feel like he isn't very patient with me. He will tell you that he's being more patient than most.....it's awful and I feel helpless. Has anyone else dealt with this, any advice would be appreciated. Thank you!

    I'm really trying to stay quiet more nowadays and follow that old saying "if you can't say something nice, don't say anything at all".  I'm all over the place too.  Deep breathing helps.

    Yeah, I've been trying to go by the same rule only when I don't say anything but I look mad, that just makes my husband even more angry with me cause he doesn't know what I'm mad about or what's on my mind.  It's like, 'hello!  I obviously don't wanna make the situation any worse than it already is!'  ahh men xp

    It may sound really cliche but I have found 2 things help me from being in a sour mood. When I exercise regularly, I am such a happier person. If that doesn't do it, then writing in a journal helps. I write down every bad thing I want to say or crazy emotion I am feeling and then when I am finished I destroy the evidence. For me, it feels good just to get it out...kind of like I transferred my frustration to paper.
