How long are babies sore after shots?

DS got 3 shots yesterday afternoon. How long do you typically give them something for the soreness? I don't want him to be in pain, but I don't want to drug him either! TIA

DD is usually sore that day & the day after. I only will give tylenol if she is really fussy or has a fever. I know every baby is different though.

This exactly...it's hard though seeing your LO in pain. I hope he feels better soon!

The 2 month and 4 month shots didn't seem to bother DS at all. I just gave him Tylenol at night when he was a little extra fussy.

But, he just got his 6 month shots yesterday, too. These seem to be bothering him a bit more. He acted uncomfortable this morning so I gave him a 1/2 dose of Tylenol to take the edge off. He seemed more like himself after that.

Charlotte is usually uncomfortable the day of her shots and is pretty normal after that. Our pedi did say that the 6 month shots tend to be a little more rough than the other ones.
