AF after C-section

I had a c-section done in March. I have since then had one AF (early last month). I was expecting it again around the middle of the month but it never came around. I know it can be off for a while after a c-section, but has anyone missed a whole month?

Edit: It's not a pregnancy. I did test (even though we are currently preventing through BC). It came back negative.

Are you still BF? It could be from BF, the BC or just your body coming off all the pg hormones. My OB said that it can take up to a year after each pg to get your body completely back to normal. BC can take 3 months to normalize so you may just need to wait it out.
