Braxton Hicks at 11 weeks?

That's insane right?

This is my second pregnancy, and with my first, I don't remember having them until well after 32 weeks. They are not as long and defined as what I had with DS, but I'm feeling a tightening knotty feeling (very mild). I don't feel bloated or gassy, so I don't think it's gas. What the deal? Anyone experiencing anything similar?

I'm drinking water and staying hydrated.

I doubt it is Braxton Hicks. You might be constipated and it still could be gas even though you don't feel gassy or bloated. I know I get that tight heavy feeling when I am very constipated. Try eating some fresh fruit and fiber!

My first thought is drink more water. I got dehydrated with DS and had terrible contractions early on.

Next thought, gas. You may not feel it, but it's trapped.

It's not constipation. I know what that feels like, and besides I've been regular and still having these tightening. Maybe it is gas, but it doesn't feel like any gas I've ever had before. It's very clearly a tightening and release.

It could be BH, especially since this is your 2nd PG. BH usually start as early as 6-7 weeks but most women don't notice them at all because the uterus is still well beneath the pelvic bone and is still so small.

I get this weird tight feeling and even though I don't feel gassy, it's usually gas.

I keep thinking I'm feeling the same thing but I'm writing it off as gas. I started having them early with DD (like second tri which seemed early)...but now seems really way too early. I don't know...

This. Mine started early last time... it just took me a long time to figure out what they were. This time, I'll know

I'm experiencing this too. I started having BH at around 20 weeks or so with DD but I just thought this was too early so I thought maybe its related to the indigestion/heartburn? Definately will bring it up to my doctor next week.
