Results normal -- they just came in the mail, though I pretty much knew from the lack of phone call that I was in the clear! Didn't hurt as much as people made me think it would, either. Thanks to all who encouraged me to go for it! These boobies are ready for pregnancy! (Now if someone can just tell my ovaries that...)
Married my wife 8/2007 ~ TTC #1 since 7/2011 9 IUIs = 9 BFNs IVF October 2012: 22 eggs retrieved, 17 fertilized, 5 frozen ET #1: 1 blast = BFP; Blighted ovum discovered at 7w5d; D&E FET #1: 1 blast = BFP; Missed m/c discovered at 9w5d; D&E Karyotyping: normal ~ RPL Testing: normal ~ Hysteroscopy: normal FET #2: 1 blast transferred 10/25; BFP 10/31! EDD 7/13/14 ~ Induced at 37w4d due to pre-eclampsia ~ Born on 6/28/14 *Everyone welcome*
YAY!!!! Now if there can be a room full of happy uteruses and appropriate BMIs(lol) we will be ALLLLLLL set!!!
Maybe we should chant... For realz, maybe we should.
Maybe we need to develop a happy uterus dance and start a series of flash mobs all across the country. Intead of the safety dance it can be the lesbian baby dance. Our props could be OPKs, syringes full of HCG, sperm canisters, and the ever so popular vag pills....Prometrium.
We had three BFN in the Fall of 2011. It is back on to some baby making come June. Swim little fellas, SWIM!!!!
I am so happy to hear that! I'll do a "put a baby in hlke's ute" dance.
Not in *my* uterus, in ball.and.chain's uterus! We're easy to confuse with our somewhat irreverent senses of humor and our rapidly approaching advanced maternal age.
Same sex couple TTC with donor sperm. I am 35 and carrying. Endometriosis and DOR. AMH 0.5, AFC 5-8, FSH 7ish

I'm so embarrassed. I have no idea why I put your name. I meant ball.and.chain. My brain is on the fritz lately.
I'm do a ute dance for anyone who wants one.
I'll take a ute dance from anyone who's offering -- no matter what they call me! No worries -- I don't mind being confused with hlke! Maybe this means we should get real avatars, or siggies with pictures...
Hey hlke -- WHO YOU CALLING OLD???
Thanks, all of you! My breasts feel very, um, supported.

It's not me, it's the doctors! C's actually 35 in August, but we were quite surprised to hear "advanced maternal age" back in February, since it's when you deliver. And if/when I carry second, I'll be in the good ol' AMA club too.
My mother, who had a VBAC homebirth with a lay midwife at the age of 35, assures me this is all "hoohah". Perhaps I get my low-intervention streak from her.

This could get so inappropriate so quickly... Maybe it's the damn drugs I'm taking for my mouth. I guess they don't stop my mouth from running.
You can blame me.

Cautiously optimistic.
