And my first PP AF has arrived. Holy crap with these cramps I would think I'm in labor again. Didn't miss this at all. Hopefully back to normal pain in another cycle or two.

How are your subsequent cycles (if you've had multiple)? Am I being too optimistic?

I've had 3 "periods" in the last couple months. The first 2 were extremely light, no cramps. The last one, which just ended, I still didn't have any cramps, but the bleeding was SO heavy! I felt like I was in jr high again or something, getting blood in my clothes and on the sheets. Yuck. But like I said, still no cramps, which is totally different from how I used to be before pregnancy. I have (had?) endometriosis, so periods used to be very painful. All of this weirdness has me wondering whether I'm actually ovulating yet. I've been doing a pretty half-as$ job of charting, so I don't know.

I haven't had mine since December 08, I feel the end is nearing though. I've been super bloated and crampy now for a while. Not looking forward to that either.

Mine came back super early because of my IUD. The first one was really crampy and they were very painful cramps which I have never had before in my pre-pregnancy life experienced. Since then they have settled back down. I think it took a couple cycles, with less cramps and less painful cramps each time before my cycle was back to its pre-pregnancy status.

Mine came back at 6 weeks pp. I was exclusively breast feeding but I wasn't a lucky one

My first few were really heavy but no cramping at all and slowly returned to normal with each cycle (moderate flow/cramps)
