I changed a lot of diapers. Luckily only one was a big gross poo one. Sadly, I didn't get laid. DW just wasn't in the mood Friday, Saturday or Sunday night, although Friday DS was a bit of a blocker.
-My son was born in April 2012. He pretty much rules.
went to a wedding, it was sucky. they thought they were going to be super fancy and my meal was finished in about 6 small bites. I was starving.... I almost got laid because my wife is just about in the second trimester and doesnt feel like crap ALL the time, but she said it hurts too much now i guess? So basically we got all naked for NO GOOD REASON.
oh, and we spent time at her parents house friday and sunday.... always over there... always.

They didn't even have bread for you to fill up on? Lame. Weddings are usually great for getting laid, even as a married guy. Maybe I'm a chauvenist, but I've always felt like if you get naked and things don't quite work, it's nice if she can still take care of your needs in other ways. I know *I'm* always extra nice and helpful to my wife the next day when she gives me a bj!
In laws on Friday AND Sunday? Ouch. I like my in-laws, but my weekend time is precious and I would not want to spend that much of it with them.

The manly-iest thing I did this weekend was clean the house, grocery shop and buy more baby clothes. My wife is 7 months and even if she tried to do any of these chores it would only last 5 minutes before I would have to jump in.
She even said last night, "This has been fun, but I'm tried. He can come out now..."
Ocean Beach Chili Cookoff on Saturday! Can't get much more manly than chili tasting. Did some yard work and some grilling. Got my yearly hair cut did a little clothes shopping. I guess it was a really nice weekend.
Were there no other poops or that was the only big gross one? That baby is like a reptile.
The others were perfectly reasonable in terms of liquidity and smelliness. I don't expect his poo to smell like sunshine and lollipops. But there is a threshold where I open it up and have to say "Daaaaamn!"

I'm looking forward for my lack of a sence of smell to come in handy. I guess one bad one over the course of a weekend is pretty good, no?
It was a decent weekend. Watched the Brewers lose 2 out of three to the White Sox between going to my in-laws so my wife could check in on her mother who is recovering from nose surgery. Laid mulch there and sprayed for bugs.
Wife is starting her nesting mode, so we wasted some money on shelves for the basement. Physically she is really starting to feel it....I guess the third trimester is a return of sorts to the crap from the first trimester. She walks around like a zombie right now....very strange.
I love my wife, and she is my best friend. However, at this stage of the pregnancy, she in no way resembles my wife. I know the baby has to grow more, but we are ready for him to be here. We knew summer would be rough, but it is harsher then we thought it would be, and the heat is gonig up a notch starting tomm!!!!!

I am normally on my best behavior leading up to a wedding because I KNOW there is a very high probability that I will have some lovin comin my way...especially road trip weddings.
At our wedding we had stations. For 2 1/2 hours people could mingle and eat as they went along. Most people who attended say it was the best food setup they ever saw at a wedding. Prime Rib, seafood, pasta, Wisconsin specialty cheeses, dessert, and a few more I cannot remember because we had to walk from table to table while everyone else was having fun at OUR wedding!!! The one thing I hate about that day is that we could not enjoy the vision that we spent months creating because we had to do the bride and groom thing.

Our cake at our wedding was the best cake I have ever had... too bad the only cake I ate was the piece my wife shoved in my face . I never had time the rest of the wedding to actually sit and eat a piece.
Same here, my wife is in her third trimester and half of the time she is tired, restless or just "out of it". She actually said that she was all done and that our son can come out now...we're getting into week 28, so that's not going to happen any time soon. But, at least we are in the home stretch.
I just gave away our tickets to an Angels game in August because she would kill me if I had her sit outside at a baseball game in August, 8 months pregnant. So I'm taking her up to Santa Barbara to a bed and breakfast and to see Daniel Tosh perform stand-up. All air-conditioned activities makes for a happy wife.

Good Luck!
Daniel Tosh live is a blast!!! Giving MLB tickets away....ouch. I feel you, brother. No day at Miller Park in my near future. I am used to going to 20+ games a season, so it has been hard in that respect.
My father lives in Monterey....not close to you, I know.
I had a pretty solid weekend. Went out for a hike on Saturday. Went to my uncle's b-day party on Saturday evening. Hung out on Sunday.
Fortunately I'm not to the baby here part. I'm in the TTC part. So, sex is not a problem.
I remember feeling like a pack mule around the "egg drop" time of the month for the last few months before we conceived. One word of advice....
If you are hardcore at work, like I am most of the time, stress will have an effect on your "swimmers". Even if for a weekend, get out of town, leave the work at work, and focus on loving your wife as if you were dating again. Both times that we conceived we were in vacation mode with no pressure at all from "Life". We know that the vacation mindset was critical to our success.
