I just found out that I'm pregnant!! (5 weeks) I've been reading up on how important it is to eat 5 small meals a day that are high in carbs but wanted to get an idea of exactly what my meals should consist of (and portion sizes) so that I am giving the little seed growing inside of me all the nutrients it needs.

Suggestions of meal plans would be helpful!!
