Adriana only likes the Soothie which is a pain since they don't stay in on their own, and I know I've read other moms have the same problem with their babies. I found two things to try for Adriana, so maybe they will work for your baby, too.
Here is a paci-holder designed just for the Soothie that also acts as a lovey called WubbaNub. There are different animals available if you search on Amazon.
And these Gumdrop pacifiers by The First Years are shaped much like the Soothie on the nipple part, but the holder part is curved more so it stays in much better. Adriana took a minute to get used to it but she ended up liking it.

My Blog
This.
It does seem to help when she's in her car seat.. We put a light blanket over her and tuck the Wubbanub into the blanket. That keeps it at her mouth so even if she spits it out, it stays in front of her face so she can get it back in again.
We have a wubanub... It helps... Sometimes.
I am going to check out the Gumdrop ones.
Thank you for the info!!!
My DD will only take the Soothie and she constantly spits it out.
This. We have the frog and the lamb, and they're my go-to soothies for my LO, but they do still come out of her mouth. Just not as much and definitely not as far! Soothies are soooo hard to keep in.
