I am going to begin interviewing some applicants for a nanny position. Do you have any advice/questions etc. that you can share? Our previous nanny was a friend, so I didn't really need to interview her. Thanks!

You've probably already crossed this bridge if you've had a nanny before but make sure you talk about how to handle sick days (for both her and yourself, the kids, etc.) and time off.
