Need Childcare in Ft Washington/Horsham area

I'm looking for a nanny or in-home care at the moment for my little one.  Any ideas?

    So far the nannies I've found are *very* expensive.  So now we're looking for in-home care.  I also contacted a few daycares and did 2 tours.  One had a nice facility and seemed like a nice place, but I didn't like the caretakers.  The other facility wasn't as nice, but the caretakers were really sweet...

     this is a lot harder than I thought!

     

    And thanks for the compliments!  DS is now a big smiler which melts my heart every time :)
