Does he scoot on his butt? Gabe did that and p/t said to do everything we could to get him to stop. LOL! He is finally crawling now and he is FAST. It took forever though.

Brennan just started crawling in the past week. He is still very clumsy, though, and only crawls short lengths at a time. Are your kiddos up on all fours and "rocking" yet like they are ready to take off?

Nick only goes on all 4s if you put him there, he's close sometimes to doing it himself. But since he figured out how to put himself back into the sitting position he doesn't stay there anymore. He also will rock too when he's on all 4s.
Katie how old was Gabe when he started crawling?

About 3 weeks ago. But, we have been working on it in pt since Feb. Well, rolling back to belly and then crawling. I really thought it wasn't going to happen. Now he is almost pulling up to stand! Things are happening fast now.

I have a feeling Nick will crawl. He's trying to pull to stand now. I knew Timmy wasn't going to crawl, which he didn't.
Nick will roll belly to back but really doesn't do back to belly unless he's sleeping.

Collin still isn't crawling and I really think he will figure out walking before crawling. He gets around by rolling wherever he wants to go at this point.
No crawling or walking here. She is scooting and EI told me it is bad and to stop her. She sits stretches her legs out, plants her heals and scoots her behind towards her feet. Then does the process all over again. It is cute.

Yeah, that's what Gabe did too. He has stopped now. EI was worried for a bit that he'd be a "butt scooter".

DD scooted around on her butt for about a month before crawling...it didn't seem to have any ill effects on her. She just started crawling about a month ago.
Usually butt scooters don't crawl. They do the butt scoot because they have weak arms. Sounds like your daughter is the exception

DS doesn't crawl, he has never gone up on all fours. He does cover a lot of ground by rolling and pivoting and kicking off the walls and pushing off the ground with his toes. He loves to walk with me holding his hands, so I'm pretty sure he will walk before he ever crawls.

It's not really a scoot it's weird he sits and then stretches and then sits back up kicks his legs in a v and then does the process all over again.
Yea EI said scooting is bad to us too. Tim scooted and it was the funiest thing too. Apparently my kids don't like crawling.
LOL!!
