It seems like peas are small enough and grapes are too big but blueberries are right in the middle. Do you give them to LO whole or cut up in halves or more?
I usually cut them in half. If they are super soft and on the small side, I give them to her whole. I'm a pretty big wuss when it comes to her portion size, too.

Whole. But she also eat whole blackberries and those are ginormous. I was cutting them in half, but then she would cram 5 halves in her mouth at a time. When they are whole, she does one at a time for some reason.
I cut them in half but I might try giving him some of the smaller whole ones to try. DS can crush ice with his front teeth so I'm sure he can mush a whole blueberry enough to not choke on it. I'm just worried about him inhaling it, but he's never done that with anything before. So I dunno, as you can see in still conflicted lol.

I actually quarter them if their big or halve them if they're small, but it's probably more out of habit than necessity. She shoves so many in her dang mouth though, it does make me feel better for some reason. She handles food really well but I get paranoid that she'll inhale a whole one.

We give them whole. He will cram more in his mouth if they are smaller pieces
