My mother and my middle name is Kay but I'm not sure it sounds right with Sophia. Opinions please or other MN suggestions.

The pronunciation of Sophia as soph-eye-a, is an older British way. The town I grew up in still uses this pronunciation. I have friends that lived on soph-eye-a street.
Given that this is the #1 baby name in the country, I think everyone is going to unquestionably pronounce it the more Americanized way. I'm surprised there would be any question in that at all.

Completely agree. This is a popular name right now and most have never heard it pronounced the British way.
Sophia Lynn rolls off the tongue the best out of the ideas posed so far.

FWIW I am a Canadian who used to live in England and have never heard the pronunciation Sof-eye-ah. It seems like that pronunciation is a very local thing.

What if you did a variation on Kay?
It's nms, but I babysat for a little girl a while back named Kayleen. I am not sure where her mom came up with it- so it's a possible smoosh/ made up name, but your post made me think of it.
Of the previous suggestions, I really like Sophia Noelle.
