Sleeping alot and very fussy??

Timmie has been sleeping a lot today and when he is not sleeping he is very fussy. any ideas?? I was thinking teething...but not sure...thanks

    My girls have been doing the same, but we've also got some kind of virus - coughing, fever...but I'm wondering if they might be teething too - we've got none yet!
