How long does trigger stay in your system?

For those that take the ovidrel trigger, how long until you can test with an accurate result? I do not want to test too early...

    It really depends on the dosage and the persons system. I have only tested out a trigger one time...for me it was gone on 8DPO. Good luck!

    Varies depending on the person, but average about 9-12 days.  My RE has always scheduled my first beta 9dp transfer... which is 12 to 14 days post trigger.
    2nd ectopic resulted in loss of tube. HSG revealed remaining tube is "severely torqued".
    IVF #1: ER 03/29/10; ET 04/01/10: transferred 2 embies; Beta #1 (9dp3dt)- 45; Beta #2 (11dp3dt)- 91= BFP
    FET#1: ET 04/18/12: transferred 4 embies; Beta #1: >2 = BFN
    IVF #2: ER 06/20/12; ET 6/25/12: transferred 2 embies; Beta #1 on 7/5/12= BFN
    8/16: hysteroscopy for polyp removal
    11/11: hysteroscopy #2 for yet another polyp removal
    FET#2: ET 12/15/12: transferred 3 embies; Beta #1 (9dp5dt): 12/24/12: 426; Beta #2 (11dp5dt): 845= BFP
    u/s 1/9= triplets!; miscarried all three on 1/10/13...

    It always took from 8-11 days to leave my system. Everyone is different though. For me, even each cycle was different.

    Beta #3 (21dp5d5): 8,172. Wow. It seems this is actually working. Shocked beyond belief.

    1st u/s @6w5d: Baby A hb 124, Baby B hb 127 (Both measuring perfectly!)

    Lost baby A. Praying that baby B stays healthy. Baby B hb 175 at 11 weeks

    It's a GIRL!!!

    I actually just called my RE yesterday and asked this same question. She said the average is 7 to 10 days but like other people said its different for everyone.

    Mine is always out by 6DPO.  I tested today at 8DPO and there was a very very faint line.  Not sure what to think of that.  Trying not to get my hopes up, will test again in a few days.

    I just tested today 8dpo and still a pretty strong line. I guess I will really need to wait till 12 or 14dpo to really know since I do not have a beta scheduled.  I am pretty sure the last time I had a trigger it left quickly.  I guess every cycle is different.

    I just realized today is actually 10dptrigger and 8dpo.  Not sure if those two extra days makes any difference...

    Mine takes at least 12 days and one cycle I got a false positive on 14 days past trigger.

    This...  The first time i tested it out, it was out of my system by 9 days post trigger, the last cycle I had two a week apart and it took 11 days after my last trigger for it to leave my system.

    TTC #1 for 2 1/2 years with Endo 3 cycles with Clomid in early 2008- all BFN's Lap #1 4/2008, Lupron for 6 mos Refered to RE 3 cycles with Femera and IUI in early 2009- all BFN's Lap #2 06/2009 IVF #1: started cycle 7/15/2009 ER 8/26/2009 ET 8/31/2009 BFP 9/7/2009 C-Section 5/5/2010 TTC #2 since May 2011 IUI #1 March 9 2012= BFN IUI #2 April 6 2012= ????

    It really depends on the person and how fast they metabolize it, but mine was always out by 11-12 days past trigger.
    After many years and tears our baby boy is finally here

    I'm one of those lucky ones that it stays in my system until 12DP trigger.  
    Me: 30, DOR with a FSH of 12.5
    DH: 31, no issues
    4-6/2012 100mg of Clomid + trigger + IUI/TI = BFN
    7/2012 150mg of Gonal-f + trigger + IUI = BFN
    8/2012 Surprise unmedicated BFP!! Due May 8, 2013
