Help! LO won't take the bottle and ...

I return to work in a week!

I have a good freezer stash started and we decided to start having my husband bottle feed him first thing in the morning to introduce the bottle.

My husband tried this morning and LO took 1oz and then DH burped him and gave the bottle again - LO started crying and refused the bottle. DH tried a few more times and LO just got more angry. (Milk temp was fine and milk was pumped the day before)

I tried again at the next feeding and same thing, he drank 1oz and then he pulled away and started screaming. I brought hum to the breast and no issue.

I really want him to get used to the bottle before I go to work...HELP!

Any advice would be appreciated!

My grandmother used a trick on me and my siblings when she watched us. We all liked the comfort and warmth of the breast so my grandmother took a hand towel put it in the dryer for a minute to warm it up and then wrapped that around the bottle so the baby could feel the warmth around their cheeks much like a breast would do. I'd try that and slowly take the towel away. GL!

What kind of bottles are you using? Have you tried BreastFlow? Those work great with my LO. She doesn't have any nipple confusion at all. We switch back and forth all of the time!
