Not specifically, but we don't eat meat very often, and I'm sure I would do fine without it. The main reason we don't eat it much is just that we don't remember to thaw it in time! Lol
Jess & Adam, married 2009, precious Audrey born in 2011. BFP 1/6/13, 6-wk MMC discovered at 9 wks 2/11/13. D&C 2/18/13, second D&C 4/23/13 for retained placenta. BFP 8/24/13!! EDD 5/1/14, delivered healthy and sweet Zoey Leanne on 5/5/14 by repeat c-section.
I was raised vegetarian up until the end of high school-ish. Some of my friends used to sing that song about my mom: Marcy's mo-o-o-o-o-om, she's a vegetarian, Marcy's mom, Marcy's mom I remember eating cheese and ketchup sandwiches for lunch in elementary school and getting made fun of all.the.time.
I eat meat now, but don't ever feel like I have to have it. DH however, gets in these moods where he has to have a steak NOW.
ETA: Even though I eat meat now, I've very picky about it. I have a hard time eating it off the bone and MOONGIRL's post below made me want to throw up.

you are missing out!!! I promise the lengua is so good! My DH had it and he said it tasted good but the texture was a big turn off.. Very tender unlike any meat.
And to answer your question.. (do I really need to? Lol) I am a carnivore
No. But, we really don't eat a lot of meat. Part of it is because it takes more time to prepare than the veg. stuff we make. The other reason is health and the third reason is meat is expensive and I am cheap. LOL! High quality veg. protein sources are a lot cheaper than the meat that i would eat.

Yes. I haven't eaten meat in over 20 years. I'm raising DD vegetarian until she is old enough to decide for herself if she wants to eat differently.

Yes. And I don't eat eggs or drink milk either, but I eat things that have those ingredients, so I am not a vegan.
The baby eats poultry but no beef or pork.
I did get very anemic when I was pregnant, and ate some poultry until we stopped nursing in May...But I am back to no meat

Bwhahahahaha nope.
We try to go veg for half our dinners each week, but more for health reasons than anything. Oh, and I don't like meat on my pizza.
But if health wasn't an issue, I'd have myself a nice steak each night. Or chicken wings. God, I love me some wings.
