Painted and now freaking out!

in 1st Trimester

Hi...I'm new to this board, but seems like a great place to get advice! :)

I recently discovered I am pregnant and am freaking out because I helped a friend paint a room in her house for a few hours when I was probably 2 weeks or so along (if that). The paint was latex and we were in AC, so no windows/doors were open.  

Advice seems to be mixed from what I Googled and I'm panicking that I harmed my baby in some way.

Help!!!

    I spent all week painting DS's room. I also painted my whole house during the first trimester of my pregnancy with DD. You will be fine.

    I think 2 weeks along is actually right around conception, if even- so baby may not have even been there yet. I wouldn't worry about it.

     This! lol!  You start counting 40 weeks from the start of your last known period for technically for the first couple of weeks or so you aren't actually pregnant!

    Hi ladies! Sorry, that didn't make any sense....I wasn't counting the first two weeks of not being pregnant when I wrote "two weeks."

    It was more like 1-2 weeks AFTER conception...but who really knows??? :)

    The week before I found out I was pregnant, we painted, tile, glued, sanded, stained, etc.  Two remodeling projects and lots of mess later we ended up with BFP.  I'm not going to worry about it, there's nothing I can do now to change it.  However, DH will be doing all the toxic stuff from now on. ;)

    Breath and relax.  Unless you were snorting it up your nose (bad for obvious reasons) you will both be fine.
