Any of you do Crossfit!!??? I've been doing it on & off for 4 years now. I've been back at it for awhile now. Do you know of any modifications this early I should be aware of? I'm keeping hydrated & taking it slow so I don't over-heat but I also want to push myself a teeny bit {I am keeping the weight low on lifts, etc.} TIA!

This is what I was thinking. Also be careful with anything that works your core a lot - you don't want to overdo it with your abs.

Sigh. Miss my Crossfit gym. We moved a year ago and there is no Crossfit box anywhere near us.
