should i wear tights?

I bought this dress for my baby shower and dont knwo if i should wear black tights with it or wear nothing...... I am not wearing the belt with it... and have a cute pair black leather mary janes....

I think the dress looks great. Is it going to be cold during your shower? what kind of shoes are you wearing-do they look better with tights? I would make my decision based on those factors.
