They're nice for when soap and water isn't readily available; I wouldn't use them for an all the time basis just because it would get real pricey in a hurry.
They have their place, but they are not meant for cleaning pump parts all of the time.
The parts really need to be taken apart and washed in hot soapy water to get all of the milk out of the crevices, and properly dried, to prevent mold from growing in them and making your baby sick.
When I pumped at work, I would store the pump parts except flanges in the fridge between pumps, and I would wipe the flanges with one of the wipes because I didn't like the feeling of the milk fat on them after just wiping dry with a paper towel or rag. I washed all of the parts in hot soapy water at night to make sure everything stayed clean and mold-free, and santized once a week (usually in a microsteam bag).
I used the Medela ones often when were travel (for after I pump in the car and I can wash the parts right away). I think they work great and they are big enough that I can clean all the parts with one wipe. They are pricey like PP said (I think $8 or 9 for a pack of 24 wipes).
"For this child I prayed, and the Lord has granted me what I asked of Him." x 2
When i was pumping I had read that pacifier wipes were pretty much the same as pump wipes and much cheaper, so I would do a quick wipe when rinsing was not an option (usually the car). I used the munchkin paci wipes.
