i have that terrible SPD pain so bad that when i walk, my steps can really only be about 6" in length because of all the pain, but DH and i wanted to get out of the house before DD arrives, so we rented a wheelchair at the zoo today.
random lady #1: "awww...look! she's pregnant!"
random lady #2: "i know. i saw her walk in, and now she's in a wheelchair!"
--to me--
"are you in labor???"
me: (wanting to roll eyes) "......almost!"
random lady #3: "oh yeah...her feet are SWOLLEN"
thaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaannnk youuuuuuuuuuuuuuu......
Re: lovely comments at the zoo...
I am sorry you are so uncomfortable! That is how I was feeling/walking, and I had the Chiro do the Webster technique (to try to flip baby girl.) She didn't flip, but I can walk normally again and my waddle is practically gone, and I feel A LOT better.
I hope you find some relief soon.

today one of the ladies in the cafeteria at my work said, 'oh when are you due?' and i said 'july 28th!' and she said 'oh girl, bless you, twins?'
um nope, just one baby. thanks.
Relief is near
As difficult as those kinds of comments are to hear, just remember that you're almost done being pregnant. Those people are that insensitive all of the time!
haha yes! this was my thought exactly! actually, she was RIGHT next to me when she said it, like i wasn't even there! DH just gave me a kiss on the top of my head as he wheeled me away and said how dumb they were.
