im soooooooo sorry that your BLT experience wasn't awesome. I was there for New Year's and it was very lively. Bad servers are the worst! they can make the whole experience suck! I still have the popover recipe card if u want me to type it out for you here. let me know. Again - sorry! I hope the rest of the night was fun wink wink =)

btw i haven't been to the place you mentioned. DH and i don't eat out much but our favorite VA restaurant is 2941. I can personally swear to you that if you go there you will have an orgasmic dinning experience- no question!

    Don't worry about it!  It could have just been a bad night.  That happens at most restaurants.  2941 is actually right by our house, but we've never been there.  Next time we are looking to go somewhere really nice we'll probably try it.  I'll definitely take the popover recipe if you get a chance.  Thanks!   And yes, the rest of the night was fun.  :)
