Bittersweet appointment

I had a follow up ultrasound on Wednesday and we confirmed that one of twins vanished. It sucks of course, but it was also very early and we knew there was a possibility given that I'd had an ultrasound last week, that appeared to show only one but we weren't positive.

Luckily, the remaining baby is doing fantastic! Measuring 2 days ahead and with a great heart rate of 161. I met with my doctor and he said the chances are really good that things will continue to go will, and at this point my pregnancy is at no more then the average single pregnancy.

We are doing really well news and are just super grateful for the healthy LO that's baking right now :)
