Stephanie Ella - today was my due date

So my little girl is already a week old. I was induced a week early on 6/14/12 due to chronic hypertension. Labored (pretty painlessly) for about 16 hours, got an epidural at 7am on 6/15/12 when the pain finally kicked in full force. I took a nap and woke up at 2pm to excruciating contractions and the urge to push. I was checked and sure enough I was 10cm. 2 1/2 hours of "perfect pushing" (as my OB kept telling me...probably a lie since it took 2 1/2 hours!) and my little Stephanie was born. No tearing, no hemmies, no poop! Phew!

She was born at 4:29pm, 6lbs11oz, 18 inches long!
