Forecast is calling for 11 inches of snow tonight

I wanted some snow, but not THIS much.

    We are supposed to get snow flurries here tonight. Flurries is a HUGE deal and people with run out and buy all the milk and bread because of it.

     

    I don't wish for major snow. People go crazy down here!

    I am so so so jealous of you!!  The closest we get to snow here is rain.  And it doesn't have quite the same effect.  :)

    Where at in Michigan are you? I think where I am at (Oakland county) is suppossed to get like 3 to 6 inches.

    Yup, we're getting the same thing in WI.  Yuck.  Been flurrying on/off since Noon and we're supposed to get just hit within a few hours and all the way through the night.

    Holy cow, please tell me you are in Northern Mich...I'm also in Oakland County and can't imagine getting THAT much snow- yikes!

    I'm with you freeburger16... and what makes it worse for me is my hubby is leaving for out of town so I'm stuck shoveling the driveway... this sucks!!!

    We have gotten about that much in the past 24 hours up here and its still falling - and we had about 4-5" on the ground before it started too :) This is my first winter in Alaska so I was expecting a lot of snow, but even getting 11-12 straight inches is uncommon up here. Its fun to look at as long as you don't have to go out and drive in it.

    it's been flurrying here all day too and we're supposed to get 2-4" - I absolutely LOVE the snow though, so I'm jealous you're getting so much!
