For those of us still battling intense morning sickness, I wanted to share my newest remedy that's actually helping. At night, I get sicker than any other time, which makes it hard to fall asleep. I have that excess saliva too, which is making me sicker and of course, can't fall asleep w/ a mouth of spit.
I brew a cup of weakish peppermint tea, add some honey and a small piece of candied ginger. I cannot stand the candied ginger on its own, but I'm guessing all boiled into tea with honey masks it just enough. It's helping quite a bit. If I feel about to throw up, I make this and try to sit and relax with it until the feeling passes, then I can finally sleep. Hope this helps someone!
Re: My nausea remedy
I have been depending on Sea bands my entire work day. Nausea kicked in 24/7 this week and it's the only thing that has helped. Just throwing it out there as another thing to try. I was able to find them at Walgreens.
