I got another email from B.toys.

She basically said that it was my fault there was bug parts inside the blocks.

She told me to make sure I squeeze all the water out to prevent bugs from getting in them.

That just isn't nice! Whatever is in those blocks is not from my house, especially since it happened right after opening the package.

What the heck!

This! That is just strange that they keep sending you different replies. I would not be happy at all! This is a professional business, no? They aren't acting very professional

I am going to wait a few weeks and see, since she has said she sent new blocks.

If I don't receive any ill probably email AGAIN. And call and then start a blog about them.

But really.. This is super great customer service... *insert eye roll*
