Jillian Michaels...

So my excercise of choice is running and have done so for years but now with the baby I am finding it very difficult to find time for my runs. I have seen commercials for the Jillian Michaels tapes and was wondering if anyone has tried them. I am looking for a hard workout, shape/tone up, and something that requires minimum equipment. I have free weights but thats about all. Also I have never done tapes because I always felt I would get bored with them so I don't know if these are any better. TIA!

  • The 30 day shred will kick your butt. I love it because it is quick and easy to work in a busy schedule. you can make it easier or harder depending on your level of fitness.

  • I 2nd trying the 30 day shred. The workouts are only 26 mins, and you can always change uP the program.You don't need any special equipment except weights. I enjoyed it quite a bit

  • I'm on day 5 of the 30 day shred and so far I like it a lot... especially since it isn't a huge time commitment. I'm hoping to lose about 6 lbs before I have to go back to work at the end of July.
