Tingly Back - 8 months pp

Hi Ladies - 

I had a c-section last Oct. over the last week I have had tingly sensations over my back and it sometimes feels like it is going to sleep. Have any of you experienced this? I am wondering if it could be related to the spinal.

    My upper back has been tingly/numb a lot lately.  But I think it's related to carrying around DD in her infant carrier and years of bad posture.  I've been meaning to get to the chiro to see if it might help.  I'm just really nervous about actually going to the Chiro!!

    I do have poor posture, I don't use an infant carrier but I do notice it after lifting DS. I am just not sure what to think about it. I have never been to a Chiro, the thought of someone "popping" things back in place makes me nervous.
