got this from california baby post on facebook yesterday. i've been buying all organic for the baby & using organic jars/pouches for stuff that i can't find. but this is good to have as a reference. i wasn't eating all organic for myself but i'm definitely going to start going off this list.

Re: organic fruit/veggie chart
We joined a local CSA this year and it has been so worth it. We only bought a half share so we only go every other week. We get 15 weeks, which works out to be $30.00 a week. So much less expensive than the grocery store. This week we got:
1 bunch of beets, bag of potatoes, 1 bunch of carrots, 1 bunch of spring onions, 1 head of cabbage, 1 head of lettuce, 1 bunch of kale, 1 bunch of Swiss chard, 5 squash, 5 cucumbers, 1 head of garlic, 3 sprigs of Thai basil, 6 sprigs of sweet basil, 3 sprigs of parsley.
That's what I remember off the top of my head.
