Help! Trying to set up account

I am trying to add a picture and a ticker to my profile but am finding it difficult. I know this question has probably been asked a million times. Can anyone point me in the right direction to find that info? TIA

    Check the green box at the top of 1st Tri...click Tech Questions...or something like that...it will show you everything.
