So this might sound weird but when my son was born my husband and I thought he had abnormally large balls! The nurse made a comment about them being big but said it was normal, that they were just swollen and would go down in size. Well they really haven't and I know this sounds gross but everytime I change his poppy diaper his balls are literally like sticking to the poop and covered in poop, like they just sit in it! I change him right away but the poop still is all over them its pretty nasty....is it normal for them to still be this big?? We keep calling him Benny Big Balls lol...hopefully he doesn't always have that name!

I also just started supplementing with formula and my god the poop is way worse then breastmilk poop...bm poop didnt really smell formula poop smells so bad and tends to be a lot more!

    My LO always gets poop on his testicles.  At his 1 month appt the pedi said his left one is bigger than is right but it should adjust itself in 6 months.  If not they may need to fix it ( I forget what the concern is with it though).  My DH and I joke about how big his are too but from what I understand it's normal!

    My DS always has poop on his as well, and under them.  I guess it is just the way its going to be. :)

    I have to clean around and under DS balls every time he poops with a q-tip.  His skin started chaffing in between his balls and thighs so I started to put a little aquaphor on the q-tip too.  Normal.  I love the nick name haha

    Ditto the PP. It's your hormones that make them swell. It'll go down with time. For now, I just keep singing AC/DC "I've Got Big Balls". Love that song!

    Very very normal I have three boys it always seems like they are born the size they stay for years the kid grows and grows but the balls don't so they seem smaller.
