Brown discharge accompanied by pelvic pain?

Last night I had some pretty bad pelvic and back pain that went away after an hour.  Woke up this morning and noticed some brown discharge (not a lot, like little dots) on my underwear. I was laying on my side watching TV shortly after and i felt pain on the side I was lying on. Now I just feel a bit crampy in the "V" area but the brown discharge after the pain I felt last night is freaking me out.

 

Anyone experience anything like this? Im trying my hardest to put my mind at ease until I go visit my OB tomorrow.

    Definitely mention it to your OB, but my midwife told me not to worry unless I bleed enough to fill a pad. If you are really worried you can always call your OB too....
