I'm having my twins tomorrow at 34 weeks

I feel bad I've been MIA for a few weeks. I've been in and out of the hospital with pre-e and it's been kind of a roller coaster. But the time has come, my OB and MFM have decided it's time to take these babies out tomorrow. C/S is scheduled for 9:30am and I'm so nervous! They will obviously be spending some time in the NICU but the docs think they will do hopefully do well at the sizes they are. Plus we did two rounds of steroids at 29 weeks and 32 weeks so that should help their lungs. Ether way I'm still freaking out! I don't feel ready at all. 
4/08 BFP resulted in m/c
8/08 BFP resulted in m/c
3/09 Polyp removed and dx MTHFR (both copies)
6 Clomid cycles, all BFN
5/09 IUI#1 with Clomid=BFN
6/09 IUI#2 with Clomid=BFN
8/09 IUI#3 with Clomid=BFN
IVF#1 = BFN
IVF#2 = BFN
IVF#3 ET 2 Grade A blasts 11/16/11
Beta #1: 485

    There you are!  I'd been wondering about you.  Sending lots of T&P for a smooth delivery and minimal NICU time.  I think it might be normal to not feel ready, but you can do this!  GL!

    Luna! You will be great! The steroid shots should help a lot! I wasn't ready either when my pre-e was bad enough at 36 weeks to take them within a few hours. I remember calling my BFF in tears that i wasnt ready! I will be thinking about you tomorrow and crossing my fingers for a short NICU stay. Congrats to you on the upcoming arrival of your babies!  It's such an amazing, scary, and exciting experience.

    Clomid 50mg 12/2011 = BFN
    Clomid 100mg 1/2012 = BFN, with Cyst
    IVF #1 Lupron/Menopur/Gonal-f/HCG Trigger
    ER 4/19/12 = 11 retrieved, 6 fertilized,
    ET 4/22/12 = 2 transfered (day 3), remaining 3 weren't good enough to freeze
    Beta 5/3 = BFP, 87 Beta #2 5/7 560.9 Beta #3 5/9 1376.5 First u/s One Baby, 125bpm!
    Second u/s, 176bmp! Kicked over to the OB by the RE at 8w. Team Green!! 
    Baby girl J arrived two weeks early! Born into water, med-free. Hooray for Team Pink!

    TTC #2 - back to the RE, treatment started 12/2014.

    GL and welcome to the mommy club! I had my girls at 30 weeks and they are doing well. Very glad you got a second round of steroids. That should help ALOT! Let us know how you do!

    I had mine at 34w2d and they did wonderful even with my daughter having severe IUGR. They spent 3 and 1/2 weeks in the NICU as feeders/growers and we only got one steroid shot in 10 hours before delivery! Good Luck!!
