  I take my daughter to Childrens community Pediatrics in McMurray on Waterdam Road. They have a few other offices as well, I think one is by South Hills Village mall in bethel park. They are great at getting you in quickly if needed and the on call nurses are absolutely wonderful. So important if you have middle of the night scares!! I am not sure about evening hours as I usually have gone during the day. The doctors are fantastic. They are great about answering tons of questions and are very patient and understanding. I would definitely reccomend the practice.

   

  Also, side note, just looking at your screen name. Did you happen to go to St. Vals???

  I take my daughter to Children's Community Pediatrics on Mt. Lebanon Blvd.  They are absolutely wonderful and extremely accomodating.  They have 2 days of evening hours and Saturday hours also!

  Wow - what a good review!  Daytime hours are fine for while I'm on maternity leave but it would be good to find a place that also offers evening hours, too, once I'm back at work.  (Just thinking ahead...) I'll definitely look into this one!

  I take my 5 week old to Pediatric Alliance, at the St. Clair office.  So far, we really like it (we've had 3 visits).  They are accomodating when scheduling (evening hours 5 nights a week, Saturdays) and what I've come to like, is the variety of doctors at the practice.  When scheduling, you can request a specific doctor if you choose.  So far, we've encountered 3 doctors and we like their personalities (have come to prefer 2 in particular).  I always go with(a list of) questions and leave with answers. 

  Also, I delivered at Magee, and although I did not see any pediatricians from the St. Clair office during my stay, the other doctors through Pediatric Alliance that visited us were great.  The doctors from St. Clair do not do rounds at Magee.

  Congrats on your new little one!  Thanks for the details - very informative.  During one of our baby-prep classes we met and had a brief Q&A session with one of the doctors from Pediatric Alliance.  We liked what we heard - plus your thoughts - we'll definitely be calling for an appointment.  Thanks again and best of luck to you, too!
