Reflux = raspy voice? Anyone else?

DD has had a raspy voice for about 2 weeks now. I noticed it when she cries it sounds hoarse. I called pedi and they suggested bringing her in the shower with us. ok didnt work. Now I notice when she tries to coo it comes out raspy and gurggly (like when you need to clear your throat, its all bubbly gurggles). So it seems like she isn't cooing b/c you cant hear anything but rasp. Does this make sense? Do you think this is a reflux thing or should I be concerned about something else? Thanks!
