So I just kinda just stopped taking BC before my last week of active pills. Sure enough the day after I stopped I got a full blown AF. Haven't seen it since. This was June 2nd. Weve DTD at least a couple times a week since. I have no idea when I ovulated but I have had EWCM over the past couple of weeks. I know there's a chance my body is still getting back into the groove but I know it's possible I'm KU since it happened with DS. When would you test? I'd run out to the drugstore, but don't want to waste money being tempted to test when it's too early! Wdyt?
Re: When should I POAS?
The answer to this question is always now.
If you are TTC, I suggest either stocking up on dollar store tests or cheapy ones from Amazon:

That way you can test at any point you get a bee in your bonnet with no worries of $$.
Your period after you stopped BC may not have been a "real" period. It may have just been your body adjusting to not taking BC any more.
I agree with Amber though. The best time is now.
GL!
It's only been 19 days since your last period... no I wouldn't test until after you missed your next period... so 28 days on average 35 for me.
I agree with Amber to get some internet cheapies or dollar store cheapies to keep on hand for when you want them but it would be wasted to POAS now.
1. The ladies are right. The chances of you getting a positive even if you are pregnant right now are slim.
2. BUT, I was obsessed with testing. I Oed on day 12 and got my BFP on like 9 DPO. I created my ticker that day and it said like 3 weeks pregnant.
3. I started testing at 7 DPO (just like I did the 2 previous months) because I wanted to. I was excited and wanted to test. I wasn't in the place where every negative test was devastating (I know some women get there after trying for a long time), so no harm done.
4. So if you want to test, test
It made me feel better. That's why I got the pack from Amazon.
