    I am the same way!!! Its so hard not to check and see what people have bought....I know its bad but I can't help it either! Big Smile

    I'll admit that I, too, was a terrible registry stalker before my big Shower with DS!

    I did the same thing as you, logged on to check/add/delete and saw that something had been purchased already.  I couldn't believe it!  and then after that I just couldn't stop! lol.

    I did try not to look the week or so right before the shower though, since I know most people shop right before the shower and I wanted to be surprised by SOMETHING!  ha ha

    Yep I'm totally guilty of looking at mine too! People have bought some of our bug ticket items do I'm super excited!

    I was HORRIBLE about this before my wedding.  I checked it almost daily, especially in the week or two leading up to each of my showers.  It's going to be just as bad, if not worse, this time around.

    For some reason I'm way more obsessed with the baby registry one than I was for our wedding one! I check it almost every day and we have gotten ALL of our big ticket items except the $150 foam mattress that I want. I've MAYBE spent $400 on our baby so far..and that's on cloth diapers!! SO lucky to have such a supportive family.

    I was also horrible about doing it with our wedding registry! I just cant help it. I guess I dont like surprises lol. I know I will definitely be stalking the baby registry once the invites are sent out!

    This was me exactly.  And now - I have convinced myself it's necessary to stalk it - just to make sure everything that's purchased has been marked purchased. :)


    ME: 31 PCOS - DH: 32 Perfect. 
    TTC #1 started 8.2010. 
    BFP #1 3.2.11Blighted ovum, missed m/c, 4.3.11-6.22.11 Provera

    BFP #2 Aug 2011 Clomid 50mg+Met missed m/c found 9w5d | cytotec 10.26.11 
    BFP #3 - CD36 - Jan. 2012 - 100mg Clomid + 2000met-  Baby Boy born 10.06.12 with 1 in a billion CHD. Perfect otherwise.

    Holy cow. I haven't even started a registry yet and you guys are already in stalking mode! I'm clearly behind on this whole 'baby prepardeness process'. Have people seriously started buying things off of it already? When are your showers? Mine will be in August. I couldn't imagine anyone buying anything now anyway!

    Ha Ha, I'll probably do this as well!! My shower is at the end of July and the invitations just went out, so I'm sure I"ll start stalking it soon.. :P

    My showers will be in August and I have been using my registries to brainstorm at the moment.  No one really knows they are out there and I keep swapping stuff out as I figure out what I do and don't want.  It has been fun to play around with!

    My shower isn't until August 25 :( 

    I haven't looked at the registry since we finished it about a month ago, I gave my mom full access to the regisitry if she thinks something should be added.  I know we are going to have to buy a lot of stuff after the showers so I don't want to stress myself out about what hasn't come off the registry.
