I know, I know, I shouldn't be eating it at all! However, we're moving this weekend and we have EVERYTHING packed, so cooking is not an option. We've been eating sandwiches and the like, however, the bread makes my numbers skyrocket at times, too and to be honest, I'm just getting tired of peanut butter sandwiches!
Does anyone have any go-to suggestions? I've only got 2 more days to make it through before I can start eating normal again. I've tried pizza, but it didn't work out for me and my numbers were high the next morning. And salads are a no-go - my pregnancy tummy cannot tolerate lettuce.

I've found many things that work for me. A large chili from Wendy's is a great snack, or for a meal, I'll add a value fry. Their plain grilled chicken sandwich is great too (comes with lettuce, tomato, and honey mustard) and I'll get that plus 5 nuggets and sauce for a meal. 10 nuggets and sauce from McDonald's works great for me too. At Taco Bell, I'll get a nacho supreme and a regular crunchy taco for a meal.
Chipotle bowls are GREAT too. Back at like 8 weeks when my nausea had me confined to the couch and unable to eat anything at all, the one thing I actually craved AND could eat? Chipotle burritos. I still can't explain it, but it worked, and they stayed in me! Since GD I've cut out the tortilla and the bowl I get comes out to around 50g of carbs. It's a huge meal though so if I manage to finish it, I am extremely uncomfortable. haha.
My appetite is starting to come back after being MIA this whole time, so I've pretty much been eating whatever might work for me AND sounded good, since not much has sounded good. I think I should feel worse about eating fast food, but I am still 13 pounds below my pre pregnancy weight... I'm trying to eat healthy, but I know I need to gain some weight, even though I'm about 150 pounds overweight in general; this isn't the time to drop pounds.
I just pull up the nutrition info for whatever place when we're out and about. I probably get fast food 3 or 4 times a week, but it would be a solid once or twice a month if I was actually gaining weight.

8 piece chicken nugget meal from Chick-fil-a with the medium fries will keep my numbers justttt where they need to be.. I forget the exact # of carbs, but I looked it up, and that's about the only thing that works! Actually, I think I looked up the 12 piece chicken nugget, but the first time i got it, 12 was too much for me -- wouldn't eat them all -- so switched to the 8
Good luck with the move!!!
I can do 2-3 tacos from Taco Bell.
I love going to Panara bread. I get the 1/2 chicken ceaser salad sandwhich & a cup of the broccoli and cheddar... yummmm....
Wendy's Chilli isn't too bad and definitely filling. I would go easy on the crackers if bread makes you spike to be on the safe side. Add cheese for extra yumminess.
Fries are really bad for my blood sugar. My numbers will stay high for hours. I would stay away from those. Even onion rings are suprisingly high in carbs due to the breading.
Chicken fingers aren't a bad choice, but be careful with dipping sauces. A lot of times the BBQ or honey mustard can be worse for you than the breading. I like chick fil a nuggets because they aren't loaded with breading. I think they have grilled ones now too, which would be even better.
Cheddar broccoli soup from Panera isn't too bad. Or flat bread from Subway.
You might be able to handle a burger, depending on the size. McDonald's cheeseburgers are so small, they are aren't as packed with carbs as a bigger burger, like a Whopper.
