Pain Question.

This has been asked a lot but I am wondering if all BH are painless?

I have had several (I think) BH contractions over the last 3 weeks, When I have them it feels like the pain you get right before you usually get your period, It starts in my stomach and goes into my legs. Sometimes causing shortness of breath and occasional moans of pain.

I know they aren't real contractions, and these are like candy compared to birth (says my mom) but I'm wondering if all BH are painless or if I'm just weird?

    When I read about them, I remember the phrasing was "they can be painless".  Which means, they can be painful too! 

    I've started to feel a bit of cramping when I get them lately.  It's not overly painful, but it's enough to make me notice.  Everyone is different.

    I've been getting them more frequently lately and to me they feel like a mild period cramp.  Nothing too intense but still uncomfortable.  I got them a couple times last night but they only lasted 30-45 seconds every 1-2 hours and there was no regularity or pattern to them.
