  Thanks for asking this question, I was curious as well.  God forbid I move over to 3rd tri too soon....apparently its the end of the freakin' world around here if you jump boards before you are "allowed" to.  Lol.

   Amen!  I cannot believe how rude and tactless some people are on this site.  Seems like the know-it-all's would be best suited elsewhere.
