If I remember correctly, it's normal for them to go a little while without a BM. I would call the pedi, though, just to put your mind at ease. BF babies usually have frequent bowel movements, and FF babies have fewer.

Call your Pedi - but they likely will not be concerned. A FF baby can take longer to stool. My breast fed daughter would sometimes take up to 5 days. Is he urinating a lot? If he isn't getting enough to drink, he could be dehydrated.

If you are EBF then don't panic. EBF babies can go 10 days without a bm without any problems. Since what you make for milk often times is exactly what they need there isn't much "waste" so they don't have a reason to poo. If you are formula feeding I might call the pediatrician just to see.
I was boob mama so I don't really know about the formula side but I know the other side. Good luck. Try to remember you can always call the pediatrician, they expect calls like these and many more the first few months.
