Brown Discharge

For past 2-3 days I've been have brownish blood when I wipe. Called the doctor, he said to wait for next ultra sound. I am so nervous, anyone else experienced this?

Is it everytime you wipe? Are you filling up a pad? How far along are you and when is the next ultrasound?

I had brown spotting with DD but it went away after 1 day. With this LO I had pink spotting but was just for 1 day. Good luck!

I have been having some brown spotting, that I just see when I wipe on and off since Friday. The Dr said that as long as I'm not filling up a pad in an hour or have something like a period that I should be good to go. When is your next u/s?

It's not even on the pad, its about every 3 to 4times that I use the bathroom. And its TINY. I had an Ultra sound last Friday, they said I was an early 6 weeks, and heard a faint heart beat. I have to go back in 2 weeks, I should be 8 weeks by then. I am so nervous!

I've had brown spotting on and off, usually after sex and after my pap last week. Doctor said that brown means old and not to worry. Only worry if it is red and enough to fill a pad.

I've been there and was still there up to last week! My doctor said brown blood is not necessarily a bad thing - as it means its old blood. I had a lot of this during week 6-8 and was on bed rest for a couple of weeks as a precaution. I was diagnosed with a subchorionic hematoma, so was told to expect brown discharge as it clears up. Last week had a pap - and again brown discharge for about a day but thankfully it cleared it. I know how scary it is to see anything other than clear when you wipe - try to stay off your feet as much as possible in the mean time. Fingers and toes crossed and T&Ps that all will go well!!!

I've been brown spotting for almost a week and I've been wondering what's going on in there and if it's something like that. My doc won't see me though for 2 weeks to check it out.

I have had some pinkish spotting. I went in and had a blood test and my levels are good. If it doesn't happen very often, it should be ok. Good luck! Hopes and prayers for a healthy baby!
