NBR - Target Dress, LOVE!
My $20 find at Target and it ROCKS! Great for summer, the top slims you and the bottom is flowy with pockets - double yay! I am 5'8" with 36C bust and the large fits perfect, not too short, but short enough to show a little leg. It's in the Juniors section by Xhilaration, I got the black and white one, and I think I am going to go back and get a red with blue flowers...
